I am a qualified Hypnotherapy Practitioner and registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapy. I also have a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and other qualifications and CPD covering different aspects of hypnotherapy.

As a Reiki Practitioner, I practice Traditional Usui Reiki. I have obtained the Reiki Council’s verified professional practitioner status.

I am an Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner having completed the required training to meet the standards required of the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques (AAMET).

I am interested in various aspects of complementary therapy and commit to continually update my skills and knowledge for the benefit of my clients and developing my practice.
